How the verdict is decided. A lead is marked
test if it hits any rule: name contains “test”/typo, junk name, internal subnet 103.16.104.0/24, a blocked IP, fake or malformed phone, keyboard-mash name — or a history rule: one phone across 2+ projects, one phone with 3+ names, same name+IP on 2+ sources, or a fake-identity farm (3+ names & 3+ phones on one IP+project). History rules use the leads in a loaded sheet plus the lead itself. International numbers (+971/+44/+39/+1/+965…) are treated as valid.
